Paul Morgan has joined Aerojet Rocketdyne, an L3Harris Technologies Company, as the Vice President of Defense Quality & Mission Assurance for the Missile Solutions Sector. As a 35-year aerospace professional, Paul and brings Quality, Supply Chain, and manufacturing experience from multiple DoD programs encompassing Helicopter, Fighter, Tilt-Rotor, and Propulsion programs. Paul is focused on the execution of proactive product quality and a systemic evolution of AR’s Quality Management System (QMS) across the sector. Paul also serves as the Chair, Board of Directors for the Performance Review Institute. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Paul serves as a mentor for veterans transitioning from active duty to the civilian workforce.
