Rich Downs has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Still Serving Veterans in Huntsville.
Rich is a retired Army veteran with over 27 years’ experience. Prior to retiring, he was the Army’s uniformed subject matter expert in Contract Administration (specifically in contingency environments). He is skilled in Government Acquisitions, Team Building, Public Speaking, and Problem Solving and is a high-performing and outcome-oriented acquisition professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Old Dominion University.
Rich is an active board member with the Huntsville Margarita Society and an active life member with AUSA Redstone Chapter. Rich supports the Space Development Agency as a QinetiQ US employee on the SETA contract.
