Entry to the program is competitive, with just 20-30 participants selected each year. He handles patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and represents clients in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Letson also has experience in litigating matters involving contract, business tort, government contract, and real estate issues. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Copyright Law, Litigation – Intellectual Property, Patent Law and Trademark Law.
