The Madison County Medical Society is excited to announce the promotion of Sara Beth Nelson to Associate Director. Sara Beth is a graduate of Athens State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and a minor in marketing. Since 2020, Sara Beth has used her creative vision to manage outreach, marketing, and event planning for physician members, their families, and staff. In her new role, Sara Beth will continue to leverage her commitment to excellence and strong relationships with members and partners to assist in operational activities and long-range planning.

About MCMS: The Madison County Medical Society, established in 1877, was organized to serve its members as an advocate for the physician/patient relationship and to promote and preserve the highest standards of professional, educational, and moral conduct. It serves as the voice, advocate, and resource of physicians who live or practice in Madison County, Alabama, with a particular emphasis on caring for our community’s caregivers.
