Shelby has been with COPT Defense Properties for over two years and oversees day-to-day management and operations of the Huntsville portfolio, including Redstone Gateway—a 468-acre master planned development, containing over 2.6 million square feet of office space serving the U.S. Government and defense contractors. She has been instrumental in the operations team supporting an ongoing development and construction pipeline of buildings, as well as with the future growth of the portfolio.
