Invariant Corporation is thrilled to welcome Stacy Riley to the Invariant team as our new CFO. Prior to her tenure at Invariant, Stacy amassed 12 years of impactful service as the CFO at ERC, followed by Aerie Aerospace—a collaborative endeavor between Aetos Systems and ERC. Preceding this, she held the esteemed position of Director of Finance & Treasury at MEVATEC Corporation. It was under her guidance that the due diligence process unfolded, culminating in the successful acquisition by BAE Systems.
In the aftermath of this acquisition, Stacy seamlessly transitioned into her role as BAE Systems TSS Senior Finance Director. In this capacity, she not only oversaw the financial facets but also orchestrated the integration of various acquired companies within the Operating Group.
Spanning over three decades, Stacy’s illustrious career encompasses 32 years of diverse business exposure, with a substantial 27 years deeply rooted in the Aerospace & Defense Industry. Her proficiencies span the gamut from governance to financial management, from orchestrating seamless business operations to erecting robust and compliant infrastructures. Her ability to cultivate high-performing teams and spearhead ERP system conversions stands as a testament to her leadership prowess.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stacy actively contributes to the community as a member of the Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC) and through her participation on the boards of the Huntsville American Cancer Society and the National Children’s Advocacy Center.
Certified as a Public Accountant (CPA), Stacy’s academic accomplishments encompass a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both earned at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Outside of her demanding responsibilities, Stacy finds solace in cherishing quality moments with her family—whether by the serene lakeside or the sun-kissed shores of the beach.
