tvg hospitality/The Orion Amphitheater is pleased to welcome Tammie Hammons-Figures back to their People & Culture team. Tammie returned to tvg in June as the People & Culture Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for supporting and managing employee relations and staffing management throughout several tvg hospitality venues, to include The Orion Amphitheater, Jeff & Blues and The Saturn Birmingham.

A graduate of Troy University and Columbus State University with a master’s in human resource management and Bachelors in Sociology, respectively, Tammie joins tvg with over 20 years of experience in various roles that include HR, nonprofit development, and real estate.

Tammie has resided in Madison County for 21 years and lives with her husband, Damian, and their daughter. Over the years, she has been active in the community through various organizations. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors with Christmas Charities Year Round, a volunteer with Realtors in Action with the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, a supporter of United Women of Color and a proud member of the Huntsville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
