Renasant announced December 5 that Tracey Young has joined the company as Vice President of Residential Construction Lending for north Alabama. In this role, Young will foster relationships with homebuilders and developers.
“Young has more than 20 years of banking knowledge and experience from financial institutions across the Southeast,” said Andy Robertson, Director of Construction Lending, Executive Vice President. “We are excited to have Tracey contribute to the growth of our Residential Construction Lending portfolio in the North Alabama market.”
Young has previously served as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager and Portfolio Manager for 10 years where he grew his commercial and residential development loan portfolio to more than $100M.
Young is a graduate of Huntsville Leadership Connect Class 16 and has served the community in various volunteer roles including Board Member and Treasurer for the North Alabama chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Jacksonville State University and an associate degree in Business Administration from Snead State Community College.
