Governor Kay Ivey recognizes the economic contributions of the Women Owned Businesses in the State of Alabama to the overall health and future well being of our state. Therefore, Gov. Ivey has proclaimed May 18th as Women Owned Business Day to celebrate the efforts of female entrepreneurs in Alabama. As mentioned in the official proclamation, Alabama ranks tenth in the nation for the number of Women-Owned Businesses, which helps to distinguish all Alabamians for future economic opportunities at home.  Thank you, Governor Ivey for your continued recognition and support of Women Owned Businesses!
