Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Ben Bramblett to Vice President of the Test and Training Group (T&TG) in Radiance’s Defense Sector. His primary focus will be on test range support, hardware design, prototyping and development, training system development, and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance modernization programs. Mr. Bramblett will be responsible for all execution, personnel, and business development in this important and growing area for Radiance.
Mr. Bramblett joined Radiance in 2004 as a Mechanical Engineer performing prototype design, drawing development, structural/thermal analyses, environmental qualification testing, field testing, and ultimately project management for a series of efforts related to Radiance’s WeaponWatch technology. He left Radiance in 2014 and worked at another contractor as a systems engineer and program chief engineer for rotorcraft modification/upgrades. He then returned to Radiance in April of 2019 as a systems engineer and became AVP of Systems Integration in October 2019. He most recently served as Operations Manager for the Aviation, Systems, and Test Operation within ASG.
Prior to coming to Radiance, Ben worked as a design engineer and process engineer for an industrial thermal controls manufacturer. He received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) and a PMP in 2011.
