Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Rosemary Clemons to Assistant Vice President of Procurement. In her new role, Rosemary will provide leadership across Subcontracts, Procurement, and Government Property. In addition, Rosemary will ensure all procurement duties are performed in accordance with Radiance’s organizational policies/procedures and prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines to ensure efficient procurement operations within Radiance.

Rosemary joined Radiance in May 2022 and brings significant experience gained over her 35-year career. Prior to joining Radiance, she worked for EPS Corporation as the Director of Operations for the Mission Support Services Division overseeing over $100M in Navy programs.
