Jeremy Jess was a founding member of GTEC in 2020 and serves as an Executive Vice President and Principal Engineer. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree from Auburn University and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. He has 20 years of experience in the civil and geotechnical engineering field across market sectors to include industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and transportation.

Mr. Jess additionally serves as the Safety Director at GTEC to manage the company’s award-winning safety program promoting the health and protection for our staff. Mr. Jess was recognized by the Alabama Associated General Contractors top 40 under 40 in 2019 based on his leadership and professional performance in construction. In 2016, Mr. Jess was recognized by the North Alabama Chapter Association of Builders and Contractors as the Young Professional of the year for dedication to the betterment of the construction industry’s future generations.
