Crestwood Medical Center recently appointed Lance Eiland, MSN, RN, CCRN-K, NEA-BC as its new Chief Nursing Officer. Eiland has been serving as Interim CNO since November 2022.
Eiland received his degree in Nursing in 2010 from Bevill State Community College and received his Masters in Organizational Leadership and Nursing Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham in 2019. Prior to joining Crestwood, Eiland served as Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham overseeing the inpatient medical/surgical floors, intensive care units, the emergency department, respiratory department, vascular access team, and the dialysis program.
