Red Sage Communications has named August McCoy as Creative Director. McCoy takes the Creative Director reigns from agency Founder and President, Ellen Didier. With decades of experience in the field, McCoy will utilize his wealth of knowledge and expertise to lead Red Sage’s creative team of multimedia designers, website developers, and technical experts. He will also lead priority creative initiatives with a focus on user experience (UX) and lifecycle marketing engagement.
McCoy’s approach to creativity is deeply rooted in strategy and focuses on delivering measurable client results. Using a combination of timeless design principles, technology, innovative thinking, and emerging trends, he delivers diligently crafted brand, customer, and user experiences that translate into positive customer journeys.
McCoy earned his M.A. in Visual Communication Design from Liberty University, his B.A. in Graphic Design & Media Arts from Southern New Hampshire University, and studied Visual Communication at Kennesaw State University. Prior to joining Red Sage, McCoy served as Creative Director at Amplience and OSG, Art Director at WhatCounts and Windsor Circle, as well as Web Designer for The Body Shop, L’Oreal.
