Tom Johnson, a 22-year industry veteran, has joined MDW Associates, LLC (MDW) as its Director for Business Development and Proposal Management. Tom will leverage his extensive experience in support of MDW’s leadership to help set the company’s future course as it continues to serve its current Defense and Aerospace clients and provide expert consulting services to new organizations.

Tom brings a unique blend of industry and Federal Government experience to the position. He has led highly successful business development, capture management, and proposal management efforts at large, mid-size and small businesses throughout the past 22 years. Prior to joining industry in 2000, he served as a civilian in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, Naval Sea Systems Command and the Intelligence Community.
