HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (May 9, 2023) – The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber is pleased to announce this year’s winners for the annual Best Places to Work® Awards! The winners were announced during a luncheon today at the Von Braun Center. These companies win based on results from employee surveys, and it’s a serious matter of pride to win. Companies also use this employee feedback to improve. Results are tabulated by Quantum Workplace and were kept confidential prior to the event.

“Congratulations to the 2023 winners, and all 109 companies that recognize their employees as their most valuable asset and use the Best Places to Work® survey as a tool to gauge and improve their corporate culture,” said Ashley Engles-Ross, the Chamber’s Vice President of Small Business. “We had over 9,000 employees provide feedback on this year’s survey and look forward to more next year.”
Three companies are in our Best Places to Work® Hall of Fame: Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), and PeopleTec. The Hall of Fame launched in 2021 and is bestowed to companies who have won for 10 or more years.
