The Women@Work Initiative is a collaborative effort involving each of ST Engineering North America’s business units – its purpose is to address challenges and opportunities, seek advice, share knowledge, raise awareness, grow options, and celebrate individual and collective successes of the women of the organization by focusing on areas of professional development, health & wellness, and family caregiving.
As a hands-on Chief Executive, Dianne currently leads all aspects of Miltope’s business, both strategically and operationally, posturing the company for its continued success in serving the warfighter for over 45 years! On her appointment as U.S. Chair, she says “I am excited to be leading this dynamic group of women in the development and execution of the Women@Work North America initiative.
