HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Aug. 8, 2023) – Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Kimberly B. Martin, a partner in the firm’s Huntsville office, has been named to the 2023 Benchmark Top 250 Women in Litigation list.

The annual Top 250 Women in Litigation list focuses on leading female litigators who have participated in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history, while also earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients. Ms. Martin has been named to the list for five consecutive years.

Ms. Martin focuses on medical device and pharmaceutical products liability litigation, as well as white collar matters and False Claims Act litigation. She represents multi-national pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers across the country and served as trial counsel for a nationwide hospice provider in a three-month False Claim Act trial brought by the Department of Justice.
