Wilson Lumber Company recently promoted Nichole Mitchell to Senior Director, Human Resources.

A native of Nashville, TN, Nichole joined the Wilson Lumber team in October 2018 as Director of Human Resources, bringing 18 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing sector. Nichole has been instrumental in leading the development and implementation of strategic HR plans and policies in collaboration with the senior leadership team to support the company’s overall mission, core values and business objectives.

Nichole is passionate about community involvement and serves as Director of Workforce Readiness for the North Alabama Chapter of Society for HR Management (NASHRM). She also serves on the Board of Influencers for Cornerstone Initiative.

Nichole has been married to Damon Mitchell for 18 years and has two children, Jori and Jace.
