Turner Construction Company recently promoted Russell Orr to Self-Perform Operations (SPO) Superintendent. In this role, Orr plans and directs Turner’s SPO staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality of work.
Orr joined Turner’s SPO team in 2012 and has worked across multiple market segments and project types. He is currently overseeing Turner’s self-perform work on a project for United Launch Alliance.
He lives in the Courtland area with his two children.
