Alan Hislop is Division Vice President for Business Development, Sales, and Marketing at AMETEK Abaco Systems. Alan has global responsibility to create the vision, strategic growth plans and drive results for Abaco’s OEM & aftermarket sales business, manage global business development, sales, and marketing teams, to include a global network of channel representatives and distribution partners.

Alan joined Abaco in September 2022 and is a defense and aerospace industry veteran with a strong background in electronics products servicing Tier 1 prime contractors and systems integrators. Alan leverages his U.S Army, Army Reserves and Alabama National Guard leadership skills, as well as his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville to drive ongoing success at Abaco.
