Hayden Freese has recently been promoted to the position of FedRAMP Program Manager at Sentar. In her new role, she manages the FedRAMP Quality Management System, which is crucial for maintaining the company’s 3PAO accreditation. Hayden is responsible for keeping the team on track, maintaining the system, and ensuring that deadlines for audits are met. She has also taken on multiple clients, handling up to 40 at a time.

What sets Hayden apart is her dedication to self-improvement. She has taken the initiative to teach herself the technical aspects of the job, allowing her to effectively communicate and conduct inspections on her own. Hayden’s hard work paid off when she earned the CCP (CMMC Certified Assessor) certification, becoming the first member of the team to achieve this feat. Additionally, she obtained the Cloud+ certification, making her one of only three people in the company qualified to be a FedRAMP assessor.

Despite her shift towards the commercial sector, Hayden continues to support Sentar marketing, contributing ideas for webinars and blog posts, and assisting with business development. Her expertise in commercial work has also enhanced Sentar’s communication strategy, enabling her to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and partners.
