As Vice President, Chelsea applies strategic thinking and expert customer interaction skills to the trajectory of a fast-growing small business. Quickly pivoting from years of office and team management, Chelsea dove head first into growing her knowledge of business fundamentals that many never have the chance to experience. She quickly reached out to local mentors and fellow business owners to identify, understand, and address the many challenges a brand-new startup faces.
