Crystal Lucas, Operations Manager for Turner Construction Company in Huntsville, has been named to the 3rd Executive Leadership Class for Momentum Huntsville, which connects female leaders from across Alabama industries and provides curriculum to help them reach their potential. The program has operated for 21 years in Birmingham and began selecting cohorts in Huntsville in 2022.

In her 21st year with Turner, Lucas provides leadership and guidance through construction planning, project execution, risk management, resource management and administration. She oversees more than 200 local team members working to serve Turner’s clients across a wide range of projects.

A proud graduate of Auburn University, Lucas lives in Cullman with her husband, Josh, and two sons, Thatcher and Colson.
