DCS Corporation’s Ashley Rabin, and her team, were awarded best paper at the 2024 Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics conference for the paper: “Using Multi-Modal Physiological Markers and Latent States to Understand Team Performance and Collaboration (A. Rabin, C. Neubauer, K. King, S. Gordon),” which was co-authored with scientists from Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
By analyzing facial expressions and other physiological markers within a virtual environment developed by DCS, Ashley and the team uncovered valuable insights into how teams perform and collaborate. The award-winning research was part of the extramural ARL Strengthening Teams in Robust Operation in Novel Groups Program.
Congratulations Ashley and team on your award-winning research!
