Patience Samson has been appointed Vice President of Growth, Technology and Engineering at MORI Associates, where she will lead strategic growth initiatives, technology development, and engineering solutions for the company’s federal and commercial sectors.

With over 20 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, and operational excellence, Samson brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Prior to joining MORI, she served as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Axient, where she guided the company through significant transformation. In this role, she oversaw strategic communications, marketing, public relations, and human resources, and played a key role in the integration of four companies into Axient, contributing to the company’s growth and rebranding efforts.

Samson’s previous leadership roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at QuantiTech, where she managed business development activities and drove growth across all business segments. At Noblis, she led business development efforts, achieving company records in proposal submissions and win rates, and played a pivotal role in Huntsville’s market expansion.

Samson’s extensive background in business development, corporate strategy, and cross-functional team management makes her a valuable addition to MORI’s leadership team as the company expands its presence in Huntsville and beyond.
