CFD Research is pleased to announce the promotion of Christal Smith to Director. Christal will lead the company’s Human Resources and Talent & Acquisition team where she will continue to support CFD Research’s mission of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, she will continue to drive the company’s vision forward and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Christal joined CFD Research in February 2018 with an extensive background in Human Resource Management and has been instrumental in developing effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Christal earned her Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University, as well as Master’s Degrees in Human Resource Management and Acquisition & Contracts Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
