CFD Research is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Conrad Patton to Director of Hypersonic Modeling and Simulation. Dr. Patton leads multiple projects focused on development of hypersonic vehicle modeling and simulation technologies. Dr. Patton will continue to contribute to strategic growth aligned with CFD Research’s extensive hypersonic technology portfolio. Dr. Patton has been with CFD Research for eight years, starting at the company as a Research Engineer in 2017 directly upon graduating from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Patton earned his BS, MS, and PhD in Aerospace Engineering from North Carolina State University.
