ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NASDAQ:SFBS),recently announced the addition of Ben Splawn to ServisFirst Bank Huntsville as a Credit Analyst.

Splawn joins ServisFirst Bank as a Credit Analyst. In this role he will be responsible for determining the creditworthiness of potential clients based on financial statements, borrowing history and market conditions. Splawn will conduct loan reviews and approvals as well as determine the terms of the loans for clients of the Bank.

Prior to this role, Ben Splawn worked with Dynetics, Inc. as a Project Finance Analyst. He tracked budget, scope, and schedule for Department of Defense projects and their project managers to ensure deliverables remained profitable over project periods. Splawn worked with customers such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin to prepare mid-project contract modifications and price negotiations.

Splawn earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from The University of Alabama in 2017. He served as president of the Rho Epsilon Real Estate fraternity, and also had the opportunity to study abroad in Mianyang, China through Southwest University of Science and Technology.

Splawn was a member of several honor societies including Golden Key, Cardinal Key, and Phi Eta Sigma, and he served as the historian and social chairman of his fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega.
