DCS Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Protzman as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Bill joined DCS as a software engineer in 1993. He ascended through the positions of Department and Division Manager before being promoted to Executive Vice President and was designated as the Army and Marine Corps Sector Manager in December 2014. Throughout his tenure at DCS, Bill has been instrumental in expanding DCS’s Army business portfolio. In this new role, Bill will oversee the execution of customer initiatives and sustain a robust operating organization.
