Bonita Guyer is human resources (HR) consulting generalist at Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD). With her recent move to the Huntsville area from Tucson, Arizona, she now provides HR expertise for RMD employees in Huntsville, with a strong focus on the Next-Generation Interceptor team. She has worked for Raytheon HR since 1999 and has improved organizational performance through, talent development, and leadership engagement and collaboration, and coaching for several programs and senior leaders.

Prior to working at Raytheon, Guyer served in various HR roles at AUTEC Range Services. In addition, she served as assistant to Florida State Senator Tom Lewis and as legislative correspondent for Congressman Lewis. Guyer holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a master’s degree in alternative dispute resolution from Nova Southeastern University. She is a certified arbitrator for the State of Florida Better Business Bureau and a certified executive coach through the International Institute.
