HUNTSVILLE, ALA.- Hall B. Bryant III, Partner with the law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP (BABC), has joined the Board of Directors of Bryant Bank.

Bryant, who is 50 years old, has practiced law with BABC since 1992. During his tenure at BABC, Bryant has served in many management positions at the firm, including as a member of BABC’s Board and Managing Partner of the Huntsville office.
Bryant concentrates his law practice in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities law, corporate finance and general corporate advice, ranging from small locally-owned businesses to large multi-nationals. He works with a variety of clients in a broad range of industries, including banking, high technology, government contracting, agricultural, biotechnology, manufacturing, retail and distribution.
Bryant graduated in 1992 with a B.A., magna cum laude, in Business-Finance from Birmingham-Southern College, and was elected into membership of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1992, where he was elected into the Order of the Coif.
Bryant has been actively involved in many aspects of the Huntsville community and, among others, has previously served on the Board of Trustees of Randolph School, the Board of Directors of the Huntsville Rotary Club Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville. He is a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison, Class 10.

Hall is married to Mem Bryant, and has four children, Hall Blake (21), Margaret (17), Betsy (16) and Evans (14).
