Demetria Horton is the new Executive Director of the AUM Foundation. Demetria is an outgoing community advocate who brings a wealth of experience to the role. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama, her Master’s Degree in Business Management from Alabama A&M, and her CoRE certificate from Harvard University.

Demetria started her own business, Innovium Strategy Consulting, in 2019 where she has helped dozens of business owners strategize and scale their businesses. She has worked with clients across industries and has been able to help organizations of all sizes be successful. It was through this business that she first found her way to the AUM Foundation and she hasn’t left since.
