Radiance Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Isaac Cohen from Deputy Operation Manager to the Microwave Technologies and Systems Development Operation Manager within Radiance’s Emerging and Disruptive Technologies Group.

With an impressive educational background, including a BS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, Dr. Cohen has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership skills in various roles at Radiance since 2019, including Senior Electrical Engineer, Division Manager, and Deputy Operation Manager.

As a pulsed power electronics research engineer, Dr. Cohen has made significant contributions to numerous defense industry R&D projects, showcasing his deep understanding of the field and his ability to drive innovation. His expertise, leadership, and customer focus has been instrumental in the success of our company. We are confident that Dr. Cohen’s promotion will further enhance Radiance’s capabilities and strengthen our position as a leader in the industry.
