Essence Nesbit, owner of Designs by Essence, has been selected to join 75 other Balloon Professionals as they come together for the Guildford/London Big Balloon Build in December 2023.

The Big Balloon Build is a wonderful non-profit organization that partners with local charities to raise awareness and make a difference in the community through the joy of balloons.

Essence had the opportunity to attend her first Big Balloon Build and the first United States Big Balloon Build in April 2022. The build pulled in a total of $130,000 and collected 14,300 pounds of food for the selected charities in Vincennes, Indiana.

The Guildford/London Big Balloon Build is happening just in time for a gorgeous Christmas in London. The planned design will be an amazing, immersive balloon wonderland using more than 125,000 beautiful and vibrant balloons. The charity organization for this balloon build is Surrey Charity Network, making a difference to 30 different local charities.

Essence is excited to represent Huntsville, Alabama in London at the Big Balloon Build, and cannot wait to share her experience when she returns!
