Kristin Wellman recently joined Deloitte’s Government and Public Service practice as a Business Analyst, where she recommends new processes and ensures efficiencies within various Department of Justice programs. Prior to this role, Kristin provided analytical support to the Department of Defense managing acquisition efforts, Program Objective Memorandum development, and program management oversight. Kristin brings a wealth of financial program management, business development, and quality assurance experience.  Prior to supporting government agencies, she had an extensive career in exercise physiology, with a focus in cardiac rehabilitation. Using her broad experience from various industries, Kristin brings innovative ideas and solutions to solve complex problems for Deloitte customers. Kristin is the mother of two amazing children and supports her husband’s demanding career on active duty.
