Every Wednesday, we will offer some marketing tips. This week’s tips are especially for restaurants.
Some first steps:
- Update your Facebook cover photo to reflect your carry out/pick up options. That’s the first thing someone will see when they pull up your Facebook Page, and it shows that you are OPEN for business and offering safe, affordable options for dining.
- Update your website to reflect this same information.
- Create some social posts to share. Show some of the extra sanitary steps you have implemented, or share a funny pickup story you encountered with a customer. Spotlight a feature you have for that week. Post pictures of your employees who are working. This is the time to over-communicate what you are doing. It wouldn’t hurt to promote posts too – a few dollars added to a post can help it reach a larger audience.
