Hill Technical Solutions (HTS) has hired Mick McGuire as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Mick will establish enhanced business development and proposal processes for HTS to prepare the company for future growth; develop a pipeline of opportunities; and lead capture management and proposal efforts. Additionally, he will assist other directors and program managers with organic growth efforts.
