Hill Technical Solutions (HTS), an advanced engineering and technology company, has hired Richard “Rich” Landolt as Senior Advisor for Foreign Military Sales and Navy efforts. Rich has 32 years of experience in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, retiring at the rank of Rear Admiral. He spent the last four years in Brussels, Belgium, advising the U.S. Ambassador to NATO on defense issues and was dual hatted as the Secretary of Defense’s representative to NATO and the European Union.
