NAI Chase Commercial, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, NAI Global, has announced that Rick Davis has accepted a position as Executive Director, Research Park – Leasing & Sales in the Huntsville office.  He will be responsible for all leasing activities for Corporate Park, Park Place, 4900 Bradford, 4811 Bradford Drive along with other Chase properties within or adjacent to Cummings Research Park, the nation’s second-largest research park.

The appointment represents a homecoming of sorts for Davis, who previously served as Executive Director of Cummings Research Park from 2003-2011 for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber. Prior to accepting this new position as Executive Director at NAI Chase, Davis was the Chief Operating Officer of the Baron Critical Weather Institute, a 501(c)(3) founded in 2018 to create a high-density network of weather sensors and web cams throughout Alabama. Since returning to Huntsville from Birmingham Davis was also associated with Averbuch Realty, one of the community’s oldest real estate firms, since December of 2019.
