Leading accounting and advisory firm Mauldin & Jenkins announced August 31 that Rick Spires, CPA, was one of six people appointed to Partner, effective September 1, 2023.

Rick has focused his career on income tax planning and preparation for closely held businesses, with a concentration in the areas of real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. Rick received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting in 2010 and his Master of Accountancy (Macc) in 2012 from Georgia Southern University. Rick lives in Macon, GA, with his wife, Britney. They are expecting their first child in September of 2023.
