R2C, Inc. is proud to announce Robert Gibson joined R2C as Vice President of Special Programs. Gibson is a results-oriented leader with proven transformational success across NSWC PCD, ONR, Navy and DoD. He is an engineering professional with core competencies transcending multiple engineering disciplines across diverse assignments.

Gibson served in the U.S. Navy for nine years and in the Nuclear Navy another 18 years as a DON civilian. He has a Master’s in Business Administration, Project Management from Grantham University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology with Emphasis in Nuclear Technology, and Minor in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.  Gibson is a member of the DoD Acquisition Corp since 2010 and is Level III Certified in Test and Evaluation, Engineering and Level II in Program Management.
