This year, the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is celebrating 50 years of leadership supporting critical roles in the development and sustainment of America’s space stations. On May 14, 1973, the U.S. launched our first space station, Skylab, into orbit, using the third stage of a Saturn IVB rocket that was converted into an orbiting laboratory and habitation module.
Drake State Community and Technical College and Huntsville Hospital proudly announce the graduation of the first cohort of graduates from their groundbreaking Nursing LPN Launch program. The 19 students will now begin work at Huntsville Hospital, helping to fill a critical nursing shortage.
