Front Row’s $220 million first phase, in the heart of Huntsville’s evolving downtown core, is one of the largest and highly anticipated projects in the Southeast region. The 11+ acre mixed-use development will boast a dynamic blend of 545 high-end residential units, 36,000 SF of modern Class-A office space, and 47,000 SF of premier retail space.

Huntsville is fairly inexpensive to live in based on average job pay. On average, housing costs make up only 15.9% of the $70,757 annual median salary. MSFC marks 50 years since launch of Skylab, plus additional work of developing and supporting space stations

This year, the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is celebrating 50 years of leadership supporting critical roles in the development and sustainment of America’s space stations. On May 14, 1973, the U.S. launched our first space station, Skylab, into orbit, using the third stage of a Saturn IVB rocket that was converted into an orbiting laboratory and habitation module.
